PRICING PLAN TERMS & CONDITIONS
By purchasing a subscription or one-off plan, you agree to these terms.
GENERAL
• Plans are personal, non-transferable and cannot be shared.

• Except where required by law, plan payments are non-refundable. These terms do not affect your statutory consumer rights.
• Classes must be booked in advance, subject to availability and suitable for your level.
• A missed class, late cancellation or no-show is treated as used. The cancellation period is stated in the plan policy.
• Yallar Dance Studio may change the timetable, teacher, venue or class arrangements when reasonably necessary.
RECURRING SUBSCRIPTIONS
• Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled.
• Your subscription covers only the eligible locations, services and weekly class allowance or duration specified in your plan’s description and policy. Access to multiple locations applies only where expressly included. Booking allowances do not provide unlimited access or increase your weekly entitlement.
• Fees are calculated across the year and remain the same whether a billing period contains four or five class dates. Payments continue during shorter timetables and planned breaks.
• Membership includes up to 50 classes per year for one weekly class, 100 for two weekly classes or 150 for three weekly classes. Show Group memberships cover the weekly session duration specified in the plan. Booking allowances accommodate calendar variations and do not increase your weekly entitlement.
• Unused sessions are non-refundable and do not roll over.
• Subject to availability, a missed class may be made up at another suitable level, time or Yallar Midlands location by prior arrangement. Make-ups are not guaranteed. Please email yallarbellydance@gmail.com.
• Members requiring attendance support during Ramadan must contact Yallar Dance Studio in advance. Subject to prior agreement and class availability, affected sessions may be made up or spread across an agreed period. Missed sessions cannot be rescheduled retrospectively.
ONE-OFF TRIAL AND FLEXI PLANS
• Trial and Flexi plans require one payment and do not renew automatically.
• Included sessions, eligible locations and validity are stated in each plan’s description and policy.
• You may book any suitable available class connected to your plan. Other visible classes are not automatically eligible.
• Sessions must be attended before expiry. Unused sessions expire and cannot be refunded, transferred or carried forward.
CANCELLING A SUBSCRIPTION
• To cancel your membership, email yallarbellydance@gmail.com at least 30 days before your next scheduled renewal payment. Cancellation is handled by our team and cannot be completed through My Subscriptions.
• Any payment due during the 30-day notice period remains payable. Your membership will remain active until the end of the final paid billing period and will not renew thereafter.
• Except where required by law, no full or partial refund will be provided once a billing period has started.
• Stopping or cancelling a payment through your bank does not cancel your subscription or constitute notice of cancellation.
• If a material change significantly disadvantages you, you may cancel by email before the change takes effect without the usual 30-day notice requirement.
• The 30-day notice requirement does not apply when exercising an applicable statutory cancellation right.
14-DAY CANCELLATION RIGHT
• When purchasing a plan online, you may have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days of purchase.
• If you ask us to activate your plan or provide classes during this period and subsequently cancel, we may deduct a reasonable proportion of the price for any services already provided, including classes attended.
• If the plan has been fully used or the service fully performed during the cancellation period, your right to cancel may end, provided you expressly requested the service to begin and acknowledged that full performance would end your cancellation right.
• Nothing in these terms affects your statutory consumer rights.
WELCOME OFFER
• Welcome Offers are available to new members once only. The Welcome price remains while the subscription is continuously active.
• If you cancel and later return, the Standard Membership price applies.
HEALTH AND CONDUCT
• You are responsible for being fit to participate. Disclose relevant health conditions and seek medical advice where appropriate.
• Follow safety instructions and treat teachers and students respectfully.
CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
• Yallar Dance Studio may update these terms where reasonably necessary to reflect changes to our services, operations or legal requirements. Active members will receive reasonable advance notice of any material change.
• Changes will not affect rights already accrued or alter the protected Welcome Offer price while the qualifying subscription remains continuously active. If a material change significantly disadvantages you, you may cancel your recurring subscription before the change takes effect.
