Cancellation Policy

CLASS BOOKING POLICY Bookings are personal and may be made only for the account holder. A booking cannot be transferred to another participant or used to bring a guest. When booking your first class, you will be asked to complete the Adult Class Registration & Health Screening Form. This normally needs to be completed only once for your account, although we may ask you to update it if your circumstances change. CHANGING A BOOKING You may cancel or reschedule a class without penalty through My Bookings in your account no later than 24 hours before the scheduled start time. The replacement class must be eligible under your purchased plan, subject to availability, and attended within the plan’s validity period. If you would like us to change the booking for you, please contact us at least 36 hours before the class by emailing [yallarbellydance@gmail.com](mailto:yallarbellydance@gmail.com) or messaging us on WhatsApp. Late cancellations, missed classes and no-shows are treated as used sessions, subject to the terms of your purchased plan. RECURRING MEMBERSHIPS Please book your first class on your preferred eligible date. We will add the remaining eligible weekly classes within your current paid period to your account within 72 hours. You can then view and manage them through My Bookings, subject to the notice periods above. TRIAL AND FLEXI PLANS Trial and Flexi plan holders are responsible for booking each included session separately. Choose your preferred eligible dates and times, subject to availability, and attend all sessions within the plan’s validity period. If exceptional circumstances arise, or you have a question or difficulty managing a booking, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to find a reasonable solution where possible, although alternative arrangements cannot be guaranteed.
